Provisioning

North Atlantic Networks's Provisioning organization is dedicated to streamlining the installation of your services. There are a number of internal steps involved in establishing your IP based services with North Atlantic Networks that require close coordination with the customer, Channel Partner and our Carrier Partners.

After you place an order with North Atlantic Networks, Provisioning performs a number of steps to make your circuit operational. Provisioning coordinates the connectivity and delivery of your circuit to North Atlantic Networks's backbone with our Tier 1 carrier partners. In the event you ordered additional services from North Atlantic Networks, the setup and delivery of those services is also coordinated through Provisioning. During the installation process, contact our Provisioning organization for technical questions or for circuit installation issues.
